Visas Hungary

First of all, visitors to Hungary are not required to have any vaccinations.
- For adults, don’t forget vaccinations against tetanus, polio, hepatitis A & B, typhoid, diphtheria and, for at-risk groups, tuberculosis and rabies.
- For children, don’t forget to have them vaccinated against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, tuberculosis, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis A & B (long-stay) and typhoid (long-stay for travellers aged 5 and over).
The following diseases are also common in Hungary: Ascaris, cholera, diphtheria, tick-borne encephalitis (see ticks), hepatitis A & B, sexually transmitted diseases, polio, rabies, AIDS, tetanus, tuberculosis, typhoid.
