Hello, what kind of health insurance should I take out when moving to the USA?
I'm going to live in the USA with my family and I'd like to take out comprehensive insurance to cover the high cost of healthcare in the USA.
I'd also like to be covered for possible appointments with specialists, pediatricians, etc.

Hello,

Healthcare costs in the USA are indeed the highest in the world! We encourage anyone wishing to expatriate to the USA, alone or with their family, to take out comprehensive expatriate insurance. We offer the Gold Expat Premium insurance policy for the USA. This policy covers you for routine medical care and hospitalization at 100%, with a ceiling of €1,500,000 per year.

We also offer a more budget-friendly insurance contract for the USA that would cover you for emergencies and hospitalization. However, as you mentioned, for an expatriation with your family, comprehensive insurance for the USA is highly recommended for better coverage.

Have a nice day!
