What can you do to limit stress?
- RELATIZING your problems. Easier said than done, you may say, but imagine your situation lost in the desert. What’s important in your life?
- POSITIVE. If you look hard enough, you’ll always find something positive in a situation that surprises you, teaches you something, makes you grow…etc.
- LET GO. Disconnect for a while to help yourself overcome stress. You can take 5-minute micro-naps, breathe through your belly, do relaxation exercises…etc.
