Under what conditions can I cancel my Europe Access contract?
- If your visa is refused, you can obtain a refund of your membership fee. To do so, please send us the official signed and stamped document issued by the consular authorities attesting to the refusal, before the start date of your contract. An administrative fee of 75 euros per person applies, and the refund may take up to 30 days.
- In the event of partial acceptance of your visa application, no refund will be made for the remaining period.
- If your visa decision is delayed beyond the start date of your contract, you can change the dates of coverage by paying a fee of 35 euros.
However, once the contract has begun, no refunds or changes will be possible. Please keep us informed of any delays.
